It's July 21st of 2016 today which means I begin my trip today. I have spent the last week trying very hard to remain calm and just wait patiently for today. Now, as I sit here on this plane in San Juan PR, my work is done and all that is left is for me to do is to drive home, change, transfer a few things from one backpack to another and then jump on my motorcycle and head north. The adventure is about to begin again.
I feel so grateful right now. My partners at work, my friends who have invited me to visit them, my friends who may join me for parts of this trip, my family and friends who have called me or stopped by my house or called or whatever to wish me well. My life is full and has much love. I love all of you too.
OK, they are closing the door on this plane that is taking me home.
OMG, just 6 more hours.
